Instructions
  1. Combine cake ingredients in a large bowl then mix well.
  2. Pour cassava mixture into a foil container. Make sure to leave a space for the topping later.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F then bake cassava cake for 30 minutes.
  4. Once done, combine topping ingredients. Mix well then pour evenly on top of cassava cake.
  5. Lower heat to 375°F then bake for another 15 minutes.
