Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 whole garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 lbs (906 g) raw peanuts

Step-by-Step Directions

  1. Preheat wok for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour vegetable oil, heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, cook for 5 minutes or until brown.
  4. Put raw peanuts, cook for 1 hour, stir frequently.
  5. Ready to serve.
