Ingredients
  

Cake

  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 2 lbs cassava grated
  • 1 can coconut milk (13.5 oz)
  • 1 can macapuno strings (12 oz)

Topping

  • 1 can condensed milk (395 g)
  • 4 large eggs beaten

Instructions
 

  • Combine cake ingredients in a large bowl then mix well.
  • Pour cassava mixture into a foil container. Make sure to leave a space for the topping later.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F then bake cassava cake for 30 minutes.
  • Once done, combine topping ingredients. Mix well then pour evenly on top of cassava cake.
  • Lower heat to 375°F then bake for another 15 minutes.
