Scrambled Eggs with Tomato & Sweet Pepper

  • 3 extra large eggs
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 sweet pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Step-by-Step Directions

  1. Preheat pan, use medium heat.
  2. Put olive oil, heat for 1 minute then;
  3. Add chopped onions, cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add crushed garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add sweet pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Add salt then stir.
  8. Put scrambled eggs, cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Turn off stove.
  10. Serve hot.
