Ginisang Upo with Pork
- 1 Saucepan
- 1 medium upo bottle gourd
- 1 lb pork belly
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 medium onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp cooking oil olive
- 1 tsp salt
- ground black pepper to taste
- Begin by heating cooking oil in a cooking pot over medium-high heat.
