Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 4 lbs round beef
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 10 pcs baby potatoes
- 15 pcs baby carrots
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 1 pc celery stalk chopped
- 1 pc Beef Flavor Bouillon Cube
- 1 packet Brown Gravy Mix

Instructions
- Pour water in the pressure cooker.
- Add onion and garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Add round beef and olive oil.
- Cook for 1 hour. When it is done, run water on top of the pressure cooker in order to quickly release the pressure.
- Add potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, celery, and bouillon cube.
- Cook for another 10 minutes. When it is done, remove beef and vegetables from the pressure cooker.
- Add gravy mix, cook for 5 minutes until sauce becomes thick.
- Serve hot.
