Instructions
  1. Pour water in the pressure cooker.
  2. Add onion and garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add round beef and olive oil.
  4. Cook for 1 hour. When it is done, run water on top of the pressure cooker in order to quickly release the pressure.
  5. Add potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, celery, and bouillon cube.
  6. Cook for another 10 minutes. When it is done, remove beef and vegetables from the pressure cooker.
  7. Add gravy mix, cook for 5 minutes until sauce becomes thick.
  8. Serve hot.
