Instructions
  1. Prepare and break eggs into a medium bowl.
  2. Beat eggs until fully broken using a fork or whisk.
  3. Add milk then stir thoroughly.
  4. Warm skillet using medium low heat for 2 minutes then add the butter.
  5. Once butter is heated, pour eggs into the skillet. Keep the scramble eggs moving towards the center of the pan using spatula to make sure that all surfaces cook evenly.
  6. Turn off heat when eggs are about 90% cooked. Serve hot and enjoy!
