Ingredients
  

  • 6 pcs eggs extra large
  • 2 tbsp milk or water
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare and break eggs into a medium bowl.
  • Beat eggs until fully broken using a fork or whisk.
  • Add milk then stir thoroughly.
  • Warm skillet using medium low heat for 2 minutes then add the butter.
  • Once butter is heated, pour eggs into the skillet. Keep the scramble eggs moving towards the center of the pan using spatula to make sure that all surfaces cook evenly.
  • Turn off heat when eggs are about 90% cooked. Serve hot and enjoy!
