  • 1 lb shrimp with tail on, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 6 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 medium lemon squeeze juice
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper or to taste
  • ½ tsp red pepper crushed, optional
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • ½ cup white wine
