Boil water in a large pot over high heat.
In a medium bowl, crack and beat the eggs. Season with salt and pepper, whisk. Add parmesan cheese and mix together.
Add pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente.
While pasta is cooking, turn on another burner. Pre-heat the large skillet over medium heat, add the bacon and cook until golden brown. Remove about half of oil from bacon, add garlic, and then sauté.
Take the hot pasta and add it to the mixture in the large skillet, stir.
Add cheese mixture and put additional hot pasta water as needed for creaminess, stir.
