Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese cut into strips 
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the mozzarella cheese into strips.
  • Beat the eggs and water together.
  • Dredge the stick with flour, then dip in egg and then roll it into bread crumbs.
  • Dredge the stick in egg and bread crumbs again.
  • Freeze for 6 to 12 hours before frying.
  • Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Cook 4 sticks at a time for about 2 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove sticks from heat and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve with sauce for dipping if desired.
