- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pc egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 pcs onions medium size
- 2 cups cooking oil vegetable oil
In a large bowl, put all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt then stir.
Add egg and milk. Whisk thoroughly then set aside.
In a separate bowl, put the bread crumbs.
Dip the onion slices into the batter to coat, then dip it into the bread crumbs until they are all coated. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a large pan to 365 degrees F.
Deep fry the onion rings until golden brown.
