Champorado
Ingredients
- 1.5 cup glutinous rice
- 5 cups water
- 1 cup hot cocoa mix
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 fl oz)
Instructions
- Put glutinous rice in a medium saucepan.
- Rinse and drain twice then add 5 cups of water.
- Set over medium-high heat and bring to a boil then add cocoa mix.
- Serve hot with evaporated milk, sugar or topping of choice.
