Instructions
  1. Pour water in a skillet, add salt, ground black pepper, garlic, and onion. Bring to a boil then add pork belly, cook for another 45 minutes. Remove from skillet. Drain and let it cool down, add more salt to the meat if desired.
  2. Heat oil in a large saucepan to 350 degrees F over medium heat.
  3. Fry pork on each side until golden brown. When it is done, drain on a paper towel then cut into serving pieces.
