Ingredients
  

  • 8 pcs chicken drumsticks boiled with salt and bones removed
  • 10 cloves garlic diced and stir fried
  • 2 pcs medium ginger diced
  • 8 cups water
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 1 stalk green onion diced
  • 3 cups rice
  • 3 strips bacon chopped
  • 4 tbsp canola oil
  • 3 pcs eggs hard boiled

Instructions
 

  • Saute ginger and bacon in a cooking pot with oil then add water.
  • Let the water boil then add rice and stir occasionally.
  • Add chicken and salt to taste.
  • Serve hot topped with sliced boiled eggs, fried garlic, and diced green onions.
