Chicken Arroz Caldo with Bacon
Ingredients
- 8 pcs chicken drumsticks boiled with salt and bones removed
- 10 cloves garlic diced and stir fried
- 2 pcs medium ginger diced
- 8 cups water
- 3 tbsp salt
- 1 stalk green onion diced
- 3 cups rice
- 3 strips bacon chopped
- 4 tbsp canola oil
- 3 pcs eggs hard boiled
Instructions
- Saute ginger and bacon in a cooking pot with oil then add water.
- Let the water boil then add rice and stir occasionally.
- Add chicken and salt to taste.
- Serve hot topped with sliced boiled eggs, fried garlic, and diced green onions.
