Cassava Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 2 lbs cassava grated
- 1 can coconut milk (13.5 oz)
- 1 can macapuno strings (12 oz)
Topping
- 1 can condensed milk (395 g)
- 4 large eggs beaten
Instructions
- Combine cake ingredients in a large bowl then mix well.
- Pour cassava mixture into a foil container. Make sure to leave a space for the topping later.
- Preheat oven to 400°F then bake cassava cake for 30 minutes.
- Once done, combine topping ingredients. Mix well then pour evenly on top of cassava cake.
- Lower heat to 375°F then bake for another 15 minutes.
