Paksiw Na Bangus
Ingredients
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 small ginger sliced
- 3 medium green pepper chili
- 1 whole milkfish (bangus) chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 medium eggplants sliced
- 1 small bitter melon (ampalaya) chopped
Instructions
- Boil water in a cooking pot using medium high heat.
- Add ginger, onion, chili, milkfish, salt, vinegar, black pepper, and sugar then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add bitter melon and eggplant then simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
