Ingredients
- 5 pcs longanisa
- 1 cup rice
- 3 pcs eggs
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 cloves garlic chopped in small pieces
Instructions
- First, cook longanisa. Fry longanisa in pan with cover using low heat. Cook for 4 minutes on each side then set aside.
- Second, cook fried garlic rice. Using the same pan, fry garlic until golden brown then add rice and salt to taste. Cook for at least 7 minutes then set aside.
- Next is to fry eggs over low heat. Using the same pan, place eggs then cover. Cook only one side of eggs for 5 minutes. Turn off heat.
- Put fried rice, longanisa, and eggs in a small plate. Serve and enjoy!
