Adobong Pusit
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pc onion chopped
- 1 pc tomato chopped
- 2 lbs squid cleaned
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 pc green chili sliced
- 1 pc red chili sliced
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Start by cleaning the squid.
- Heat the cooking oil in a saucepan. Add garlic, onion, and tomato. Cook and stir until softened.
- Add the squid and bring to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce. Stir and cook for another 15 minutes. Season with green and red chili and ground black pepper.
