- 6 cups water
- 2 lbs beef shank
- 3 pcs onion sliced
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 pcs whole sweet corn sliced
- 2 stalks green onion chopped
- 1 bundle bok choy
- 1 pc whole napa cabbage
Combine water, beef shank, onion, salt, and ground black pepper in a large pot. Cover and cook for 1 hour over medium-high heat.
Add sweet corn then continue to cook with cover for 10 minutes.
Add green onion, bok choy, and cabbage. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
