- 5 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 whole garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 lbs (906 g) raw peanuts
Step-by-Step Directions
- Preheat wok for 2 minutes.
- Pour vegetable oil, heat for 2 minutes.
- Add garlic, cook for 5 minutes or until brown.
- Put raw peanuts, cook for 1 hour, stir frequently.
- Ready to serve.
