Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pc onion chopped
  • 1 pc tomato chopped
  • 2 lbs squid cleaned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 pc green chili sliced
  • 1 pc red chili sliced
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Start by cleaning the squid.
  • Heat the cooking oil in a saucepan. Add garlic, onion, and tomato. Cook and stir until softened.
  • Add the squid and bring to a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes.
  • Add soy sauce, vinegar, and oyster sauce. Stir and cook for another 15 minutes. Season with green and red chili and ground black pepper.
