Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup bacon diced
  • 3 pcs eggs slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup frozen small peas
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • spring onion chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut cauliflower into florets. Grate into rice-bits using food chopper or finely chop using knife. Yields around 4 cups cauliflower rice.
  • Cook bacon for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
  • Using the same pan, cook 3 pieces beaten eggs. Dash some salt. Set aside.
  • Turn on stove to high heat. Put one tablespoon oil. Saute minced garlic. Stir fry 4 cups cauliflower rice. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stir regularly.
  • Add one tablespoon soy sauce, bacon, eggs, small peas, and garnish with spring onions.
  • Serve hot!
