Ramen Noodles with Egg
Ingredients
- 1 pack ramen noodles with flavor packet
- 1 extra large egg
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp green onion chopped
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add the noodles, cook for 2 minutes. Add the flavor packet, stir, and continue to cook for 1 more minute.
- Carefully add the egg, do not stir. Place cover and cook for another 1 minute.
- Remove the pan from heat and transfer everything to a serving bowl. Garnish with the chopped green onion if desired.
