Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 2 pcs onions medium size
  • 2 cups cooking oil vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, put all-purpose flour, baking powder and salt then stir.
  • Add egg and milk. Whisk thoroughly then set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, put the bread crumbs.
  • Dip the onion slices into the batter to coat, then dip it into the bread crumbs until they are all coated. Set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a large pan to 365 degrees F.
  • Deep fry the onion rings until golden brown.
