Ingredients
- 2 cans coconut milk 13.5 fl oz (400mL)
- 1 can evaporated milk 12 fl oz (354mL)
- 1 can condensed milk 14 fl oz (396g)
- 1 can whole kernel corn 15.25 fl oz (432g)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups water (2 cups water + 1 cup to dissolve cornstarch)
- 225 grams cornstarch
- 1 pack shredded cheese
Instructions
- Put coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, whole kernel corn, sugar, and 2 cups of water into a pot. Stir for 2 minutes.
- Take pot and turn on stove. Using medium heat, boil mixture for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup of water and cornstarch then whisk until the cornstarch is diluted with water.
- Take the bowl and pour mixture into the boiling pot with other ingredients. Stir thoroughly.
- Continue to stir and cook for 10 more minutes or until the mixture reaches your desired thickness.
- Once mixture is thicken, remove pot from heat and immediately pour mixture in a large serving tray. Flatten the top using a spoon.
- Let it cool down before adding the cheese toppings then refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Serve cold.
