Fluffy Scrambled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 pcs eggs extra large
- 2 tbsp milk or water
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt to taste
- 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare and break eggs into a medium bowl.
- Beat eggs until fully broken using a fork or whisk.
- Add milk then stir thoroughly.
- Warm skillet using medium low heat for 2 minutes then add the butter.
- Once butter is heated, pour eggs into the skillet. Keep the scramble eggs moving towards the center of the pan using spatula to make sure that all surfaces cook evenly.
- Turn off heat when eggs are about 90% cooked. Serve hot and enjoy!
