Corned Beef with Potato
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cooking oil olive oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 small potato peeled & diced
- 1 can corned beef 12 oz (340g)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the oil in the skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, and potatoes, cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
- Add the corned beef, water, ground black pepper and salt, continue to cook until the liquid is almost gone and the oil starts to sizzle.
- Serve hot with rice. Enjoy!
