Banana oatmeal muffin
Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
- 2 pcs banana ripe
- 1 pc egg
- 120 ml milk
- 85 grams honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Dry Ingredients
- 175 grams oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
Wet Batter
- Bananas mash it and then add egg, milk honey and vanilla essence into mash bananas, and then whisk it until combined. Set aside.
Dry Batter
- Place the oatmeal into container, add baking powder and salt. Mix it.
- Add dry batter into wet batter and mix it until well combined.
- Prepare muffin cake mold, put muffin paper cup into mold.
- Divide the batter evenly between the muffin cup.
- Top with chocolate chips, optional
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
- 8. Ready to serve.
