Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 lbs round beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 10 pcs baby potatoes
  • 15 pcs baby carrots
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 1 pc celery stalk chopped
  • 1 pc Beef Flavor Bouillon Cube
  • 1 packet Brown Gravy Mix

Instructions
 

  • Pour water in the pressure cooker.
  • Add onion and garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  • Add round beef and olive oil.
  • Cook for 1 hour. When it is done, run water on top of the pressure cooker in order to quickly release the pressure.
  • Add potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, celery, and bouillon cube.
  • Cook for another 10 minutes. When it is done, remove beef and vegetables from the pressure cooker.
  • Add gravy mix, cook for 5 minutes until sauce becomes thick.
  • Serve hot.
