Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 3 lbs beef shanks boiled and sliced (pressure cooked for 40 minutes)
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 pouch rice flour and spices NET WT 1.76 oz (50 g)
  • 10 pcs long green beans cut into 2 inches length
  • 2 pcs eggplants sliced
  • 1/2 lb baby bok choy separated in pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large pan, saute garlic and onion over medium heat.
  • Add the beef, broth, and peanut butter. Cook for 10 minutes
  • Add water, rice flour and spices. Stir occasionally.
  • Add long green beans, eggplants, and bok choy leaves then place cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt and ground pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot with rice. If desired, add sauteed shrimp paste.
