Instructions
In a large pan, saute garlic and onion over medium heat.
Add the beef, broth, and peanut butter. Cook for 10 minutes
Add water, rice flour and spices. Stir occasionally.
Add long green beans, eggplants, and bok choy leaves then place cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add salt and ground pepper to taste.
Serve hot with rice. If desired, add sauteed shrimp paste.
