Pancit Bihon
Ingredients
- 1 pack pancit bihon (8 oz [227g] rice noodles)
- 2 pieces small carrots julienne
- 1 pound pork chopped
- 15 pieces green beans sliced
- 1/2 piece cabbage sliced
- 1/2 piece onion chopped
- 6 cups water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
Instructions
- Wash the rice noodles using cold water then put it in a container. Wait 5 minutes until the rice noodles soften, then it is ready for cooking.
- Warm wok for 2 minutes using medium heat.
- Put cooking oil, onion, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add pork then fry it for 15 minutes or until pork is golden brown.
- Add carrots, green beans, and cabbage. Cook for another 4 minutes.
- Add rice noodles, soy sauce, water, salt, and ground pepper. Stir and cook it for 15 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
