Wash the rice noodles using cold water then put it in a container. Wait 5 minutes until the rice noodles soften, then it is ready for cooking.
Warm wok for 2 minutes using medium heat.
Put cooking oil, onion, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add pork then fry it for 15 minutes or until pork is golden brown.
Add carrots, green beans, and cabbage. Cook for another 4 minutes.
Add rice noodles, soy sauce, water, salt, and ground pepper. Stir and cook it for 15 minutes.
Ready to serve.
