Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a wok over medium heat until it starts to shimmer.
Add the chopped carrots and potatoes, stirring for about 3 minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the sliced hotdogs and chopped red bell pepper, cooking for another 3 minutes. Once done, set this mixture aside.
In the same wok, add another 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic and diced onion for about 3 minutes until they're fragrant.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook them for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the chopped pork loin and cook for 10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, tomato sauce, broken dried bay leaves, and water. Stir everything well, cover the wok, and simmer for 35 minutes, or until the pork is tender.
Uncover the wok and mix in the cooked vegetables and hotdog mixture. Add the raisins and stir for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Serve your dish with steaming hot rice and enjoy your homemade feast!
