Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 lb chicken thigh and liver chopped
  • 1 cup kikiam sliced
  • ½ cup green beans chopped
  • 1 small carrot julienned
  • 1 medium red bell pepper julienned
  • ¼ medium cabbage shredded
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 16 oz pancit canton noodles
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 4 small calamansi

Instructions
 

  • Begin by sautéing garlic and onions over medium heat until fragrant. Add the chicken and kikiam pieces, cooking until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Add green beans, carrots, red bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir fry for 5 minutes, then remove from the wok and set aside.
  • Pour in the chicken stock and add the pancit canton noodles. Cook for 5 minutes before mixing in the stir-fried meat and vegetables.
  • Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to ensure even distribution throughout the mixture.
  • Allow it to simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
