Pancit Canton is a traditional Filipino dish made from egg noodles, vegetables, and meats. It’s one of the most popular street food in the Philippines, and can be found in most Filipino households.
Begin by sautéing garlic and onions over medium heat until fragrant. Add the chicken and kikiam pieces, cooking until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Add green beans, carrots, red bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir fry for 5 minutes, then remove from the wok and set aside.
Pour in the chicken stock and add the pancit canton noodles. Cook for 5 minutes before mixing in the stir-fried meat and vegetables.
Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to ensure even distribution throughout the mixture.
Allow it to simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. Enjoy!
