- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 small ginger sliced
- 3 medium green pepper chili
- 1 whole milkfish (bangus) chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 medium eggplants sliced
- 1 small bitter melon (ampalaya) chopped
Boil water in a cooking pot using medium high heat.
Add ginger, onion, chili, milkfish, salt, vinegar, black pepper, and sugar then simmer for 10 minutes.
Add bitter melon and eggplant then simmer for another 5 minutes.
Ready to serve.
