Ingredients
  

  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 small ginger sliced
  • 3 medium green pepper chili
  • 1 whole milkfish (bangus) chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 medium eggplants sliced
  • 1 small bitter melon (ampalaya) chopped

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a cooking pot using medium high heat.
  • Add ginger, onion, chili, milkfish, salt, vinegar, black pepper, and sugar then simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add bitter melon and eggplant then simmer for another 5 minutes.
  • Ready to serve.
