- 2 pounds rabbit fish cleaned
- 2 pieces tomatoes chopped
- 1 piece eggplant sliced
- 1 piece ginger chopped
- 1/2 pound long beans cut into pieces
- 1 pound baby bokchoy
- 1 packet sinigang mix
- 1 piece onion chopped
- 6 cups water
Boil water for 5 minutes.
Add ginger, onion, tomatoes, and sinigang mix the stir, cook for 5 minutes.
Add long beans and eggplant, cook for another 5 minutes.
Add fish and bokchoy, simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
