Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds rabbit fish cleaned
  • 2 pieces tomatoes chopped
  • 1 piece eggplant sliced
  • 1 piece ginger chopped
  • 1/2 pound long beans cut into pieces
  • 1 pound baby bokchoy
  • 1 packet sinigang mix
  • 1 piece onion chopped
  • 6 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Boil water for 5 minutes.
  • Add ginger, onion, tomatoes, and sinigang mix the stir, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add long beans and eggplant, cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add fish and bokchoy, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with rice.
