- 8 pcs chicken drumsticks boiled with salt and bones removed
- 10 cloves garlic diced and stir fried
- 2 pcs medium ginger diced
- 8 cups water
- 3 tbsp salt
- 1 stalk green onion diced
- 3 cups rice
- 3 strips bacon chopped
- 4 tbsp canola oil
- 3 pcs eggs hard boiled
Saute ginger and bacon in a cooking pot with oil then add water.
Let the water boil then add rice and stir occasionally.
Add chicken and salt to taste.
Serve hot topped with sliced boiled eggs, fried garlic, and diced green onions.
