1 lb fettuccine pasta 1 lb chicken breast 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cups heavy cream 1 cup butter divided 2 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp butter for frying chicken 4 cloves garlic minced Salt pepper, and paprika (to taste) chopped parsley for garnish
Boil fettuccine in salted water as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
