Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs salmon fillets 5 pieces
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic crushed and minced
  • 2 stalks spring onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup fire roasted tomato
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Heat oil and butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry the salmon until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add garlic, spring onion, fire-roasted tomatoes, and garlic powder. Sauté for two minutes.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
  • Add the baby spinach and cook for another two minutes.
  • Stir in the parmesan cheese and cook until it melts.
  • Return the salmon fillets to the pan and cook for one minute.
  • Enjoy your delicious and creamy salmon!
