1½ lbs bok choy 1 tbsp olive oil 5 cloves garlic sliced 1 small ginger cut into strips 1 tsp sugar a pinch of salt to taste ground black pepper For the Sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tbsp water
Step 1: Prepare the Bok Choy Step 2: Cook the Bok Choy Stir Fry Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
Add sliced garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant (about a minute).
Add bok choy stalks and cook for about three minutes until they start to soften.
Mix in bok choy leaves. Sprinkle sugar, salt, and pepper on top. Continue cooking until the leaves wilt (about two more minutes).
Remove from heat and transfer to a plate.
Step 3: Make the Sauce In a small bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and water. Cook until the sauce thickens.
Dress vegetables with prepared sauce mixture.
