Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp sour cream
  • 1 slice ham minced
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • ½ small lemon juice
  • 1 stalk spring onion finely chopped
  • salt to taste
  • paprika

Instructions
 

  • Start by placing the eggs in boiling water and cooking them for approximately 10 minutes.
  • While the eggs are cooking, prepare an ice water bath and set it aside. Once the eggs are done, carefully remove them from the boiling water and transfer them to the ice water bath.
  • Allow the eggs to cool completely before peeling them. Once peeled, gently slice each egg in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolk and transfer it to a small bowl using a spoon, while placing the empty egg whites on a plate.
  • Take a fork and mash the yolks until they are smooth. Add mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, garlic paste, and salt to the bowl. Stir all the ingredients together until the mixture is well combined.
  • Use a spoon to scoop a portion of the deviled egg mixture and fill each egg white. For a finishing touch, garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and finely chopped spring onions.
