340 grams canned corned beef 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin 1 medium potato finely chopped 1 medium onion diced 4 cloves garlic minced ½ tsp salt 1/4 tsp black pepper
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic then sauté until they become softened (about 2 minutes).
Next, add potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Add corned beef into the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes then stir everything together so that it’s all well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Lower heat to low and let the mixture simmer uncovered until most of the liquid has been absorbed by the potatoes.
Remove from heat and transfer your corned beef hash onto a plate.
