Ingredients
  

  • 340 grams canned corned beef
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 medium potato finely chopped
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic then sauté until they become softened (about 2 minutes).   
  • Next, add potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes stirring occasionally.
  • Add corned beef into the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes then stir everything together so that it’s all well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.      
  • Lower heat to low and let the mixture simmer uncovered until most of the liquid has been absorbed by the potatoes.
  • Remove from heat and transfer your corned beef hash onto a plate.
