Teriyaki Chicken and Asparagus Stir-Fry is a popular dish in Japanese cuisine that combines marinated chicken and fresh asparagus with a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce.
Cut chicken breast into strips. Place in a large mixing bowl then add salt, black pepper, and corn starch. Mix well.
In a wok or large skillet, heat two tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
