Ingredients
  

  • ½ lb spaghetti pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp with tail on, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 6 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 medium lemon squeeze juice
  • 4 cloves garlic chopped
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper or to taste
  • ½ tsp red pepper crushed, optional
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped
  • ½ cup white wine

Instructions
 

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook it as per the package instructions.
  • Next, heat up a frying pan over a medium flame. Add the olive oil followed by butter.
  • Once butter is melted, add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add shrimp then season it with salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Fry on both sides until they turn pink, 2 to 4 minutes.
  • Remove the cooked pasta from boiling water and transfer it into the frying pan with shrimp mixture. Add wine, lemon juice, and parsley. Cook for a minute.
  • Serve hot! Enjoy
