Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack pancit bihon (8 oz [227g] rice noodles)
  • 2 pieces small carrots julienne
  • 1 pound pork chopped
  • 15 pieces green beans sliced
  • 1/2 piece cabbage sliced
  • 1/2 piece onion chopped
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Wash the rice noodles using cold water then put it in a container. Wait 5 minutes until the rice noodles soften, then it is ready for cooking.
  • Warm wok for 2 minutes using medium heat.
  • Put cooking oil, onion, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add pork then fry it for 15 minutes or until pork is golden brown.
  • Add carrots, green beans, and cabbage. Cook for another 4 minutes.
  • Add rice noodles, soy sauce, water, salt, and ground pepper. Stir and cook it for 15 minutes.
  • Ready to serve.
