First, cook longanisa. Fry longanisa in pan with cover using low heat. Cook for 4 minutes on each side then set aside.
Second, cook fried garlic rice. Using the same pan, fry garlic until golden brown then add rice and salt to taste. Cook for at least 7 minutes then set aside.
Next is to fry eggs over low heat. Using the same pan, place eggs then cover. Cook only one side of eggs for 5 minutes. Turn off heat.
Put fried rice, longanisa, and eggs in a small plate. Serve and enjoy!
