- 1 tbsp cooking oil (olive oil)
- 16 pcs large shrimp peeled
- 1 pc small carrot julienned
- 1 cup cabbage chopped
- 1 pack noodles net wt 17.46 oz (495g)
- 2 tbsp seasoning powder
- 1 cup water
Warm oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add shrimp, cook for 3 minutes.
Add carrots, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Add cabbage, stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Add noodles, stir and cook for 3 minutes.
Pour seasoning and water into noodles, mix well then cook for 5 minutes or until water evaporates.
Serve hot.
