Instructions
Heat the oil in the skillet over medium heat.
Add the onion, garlic, and potatoes, cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
Add the corned beef, water, ground black pepper and salt, continue to cook until the liquid is almost gone and the oil starts to sizzle.
Serve hot with rice. Enjoy!
