Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 small potato peeled & diced
  • 1 can corned beef 12 oz (340g)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the oil in the skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and potatoes, cook for about 5 minutes until softened.
  • Add the corned beef, water, ground black pepper and salt, continue to cook until the liquid is almost gone and the oil starts to sizzle.
  • Serve hot with rice. Enjoy!
